Responsibilities: Responsible for inspecting plant
operations and in plant process controls to ensure compliance with company and
regulatory standards, such as HACCP, IPM, Safety, Environmental, and GMP’s. Key
areas: Overseeing day-to-day operations and maintaining all established levels
of plant cleanliness and sanitation. Supervising and managing effectiveness and
the scheduling of sanitation and receiving personnel. Evaluating, planning and
implementing operational and Food Safety programs. Maintaining and managing
inventory of sanitation supplies, sanitation budget compliance, sanitation
programs, in house mold testing, shelf-life studies, consumer complaints, and
labor tracking.
