Continuous Improvement: Responsible for the results of all quality systems, assuring effective change management, and driving continuous process improvement.
Quality Systems: Provide direction and influence for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of all quality systems.
Food Safety: Assure that all products produced by and for the company are safe for
consumption and conform to the intended product design. Serve as the team leader of the company’s product recall team.
Compliance: Oversee compliance with all third party standards the company participates in.
Management: Coach and support process improvement teams/individuals and
department team members. Oversee staff’s safety, security, morale and direction.
Data Analysis: Provide analysis of in-process, finished product, and consumer
complaints and take the lead in improvement opportunities.
New Product Development: Support the implementation of all new products, line
extensions, and continuous quality improvement projects. |
